Leadership
Collin K. Hirschfeld is a Saskatoon partner with experience in construction contracts, tendering, construction litigation and dispute resolution, security enforcement, and professional discipline. He provides advice to and legal representation of provincial and national corporations, provincial and municipal governments, boards of education, financial institutions, and professionals in the areas of dispute resolution, construction, professional negligence and misconduct, and insolvency. He has experience in advising on construction contracts, tendering, construction litigation and dispute resolution, security enforcement, and professional discipline and conduct matters.
As chair of the executive committee, he provides high-level leadership in guiding the governance and strategy of the firm.

John H. Pringle is a Saskatoon partner practising in the areas of securities law, natural resources law, and corporate commercial transactions. He has experience in corporate commercial law with a focus on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and natural resources. His securities law experience includes acting as counsel to the issuer in public offerings. He is also experienced in the purchase and sale of businesses, commercial real estate, debt financings, and the formation and sale of agricultural condominiums.

Curtis J. Onishenko is a Saskatoon partner who practises mainly in the areas of estate litigation, family farm disputes, corporate commercial litigation, and shareholder disputes. His experience relating to estate litigation matters includes testamentary capacity, undue influence, formal requirements of execution of the will, family property act claims, dependant relief claims, and high conflict disputes over the family farm. He also advises clients on various labour and employment issues.

Nicholas M. Cann is a Regina partner focusing on professional liability defence, insurance defence, and privacy law. His practice concentrates on professional liability defence, construction claims, aviation claims, product liability claims, and professional discipline. He also assists clients with privacy law, particularly in relation to personal health information. He is qualified as a mediator pursuant to the guidelines set by the Law Society of Saskatchewan.
As a member of the executive and finance committees, and on the board of directors for Pro Bono Law Saskatchewan, Cann provides a unique perspective on access to justice in the firm.

Brittnee J. Holliday is a Regina partner with a practice in insurance defence, professional liability defence, and professional regulation. She focuses on professional liability defence, product liability matters, personal injury defence, and professional discipline. She also provides advice to professional regulatory bodies in various capacities. In addition to numerous administrative bodies, her experience spans all levels of court in Saskatchewan, as well as the King’s Bench Courts in Alberta and Manitoba.

Kylie Quinlivan is general counsel and company secretary of hipages Group and a member of the executive team. This is her second role as general counsel of an ASX-listed company. Quinlivan is a top-tier trained corporate lawyer with over 17 years of experience in public and private M&A/transactional work, fundraising, and corporate governance. She is commercially oriented, curious, and with a demonstrated ability to understand complex matters quickly and communicate simply. Quinlivan is excited by hipages’ growth potential, its entrepreneurial spirit and conviction for creating a unique culture. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Laws (Honours) and a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney.

Keith Schlosser is global chief information officer at AXIS Capital, where he leads the company’s global information technology and data strategy. He is also responsible for driving change throughout the organisation by delivering high-quality, future-oriented IT services in line with AXIS Capital’s business strategy. Schlosser has more than 30 years of insurance industry experience, spanning roles in information technology, business solutions, marketing and sales. Prior to AXIS, he served as chief information officer for Chubb’s Overseas General Insurance division, where he spearheaded a number of growth, innovation, digital and change initiatives. Before that, he served as CIO at The Travelers Companies international division. Schlosser was also a vice president for marketing technology and web communications at AIG.

Dan Draper was appointed group chief underwriting officer in September 2022. He had previously served for more than two years as group head of underwriting at AXIS. Prior to that, he had been group chief risk and actuarial officer at VIBE. Before joining VIBE, Draper spent eight years with AXIS, holding a number of leadership roles that included group chief actuary, chief risk analytics officer, and insurance segment chief risk officer. Before that, he held managerial positions at the Financial Services Authority, XL Capital, and EY.
