That careful balance between scale and specialization, experience and empathy, is visible in how the firm works with clients. Most arrive after a traumatic injury or loss, and the stakes are often high.
“From the hospital room to the courtroom, our lawyers are responsive and compassionate,” D’Agostino says.
That tone defines the entire client experience, from the first meeting to the resolution of the case.
While some competitors focus on speed or volume, Thomson Rogers stays involved.
“Clients trust us because we remain actively involved in their cases, from the start of the case, right to the end,” adds D’Agostino.
It’s a philosophy that has earned the firm a reputation for strong results and relationships, with many clients referring others after their cases are closed.
Thomson Rogers’ leadership includes four lawyers certified by the Law Society of Ontario as Specialists in Civil Litigation. The firm’s name consistently appears in national rankings, and 24 of its lawyers were named in the 2025 edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada.
