Aaron Waxman and Associates PC sets itself apart by bringing together personal injury, disability, and employment law. This combined focus positions the firm to protect client rights and find strategic solutions across overlapping and intersecting claims.
The firm’s strategic focus, combined with a reputation for professionalism and preparation, has earned the trust of thousands of clients the firm has helped across Ontario, and the insurers Aaron Waxman and his team deal with regularly.
In 2025, Canadian Lawyer recognized Aaron Waxman and Associates PC as one of the Top 10 Personal Injury Boutiques in Ontario.
As the firm’s leader, Waxman sets the tone for its client-first approach. He stays closely involved in assessing new files, often speaking directly with prospective clients and matching each case with the right lawyer.

A culture of compassion, integrity, and relentless advocacy guides the legal team. The firm combines a personalized, small-firm approach with the experience and grit to take on major insurers and employers, enabling it to handle a high volume of files without losing focus on advocacy, outcomes, and client trust.
Backed by a streamlined system and years of experience, the team applies a deep understanding of how personal injury issues intersect with disability and employment law. That perspective reveals risks others might miss and keeps files moving.
“Compassion means listening, being patient, and helping clients make decisions that support their recovery and long-term well-being”

“Very few firms handle all three areas of law under one roof, and even fewer understand the complex interaction in real-world claims,” Waxman explains. “We focus on the right battles at the right time, which makes a difference.”
A key strategic shift has been a renewed focus on the crossover point between long-term disability and employment law, where timing and coordination are critical. This focus has strengthened outcomes and allowed the firm to support clients through multifaceted situations with informed, practical solutions.
The firm has also invested in staff and lawyer accessibility to strengthen the client experience. That investment extends to how the firm builds relationships from the first contact.
Clients come to the firm through a mix of advertising and referrals. Waxman’s radio and television presence has built a familiar and approachable brand.
The firm begins by ensuring clients understand the legal issues and have realistic expectations. At the core, it is a belief that clients are best served when they are well informed and understand all aspects of their case.
“The firm takes seriously the belief that there are no bad questions,” he notes. “We take the time to listen, advise, and advocate, and we stand by our results.”
A consistent and practical approach that solves problems and delivers results is the firm’s baseline. Whether it’s a denied disability claim, a wrongful dismissal, or a serious accident, the team has the experience and determination to fight for what’s fair.
While financial recovery matters, so does clarity, consistency, compassion, and respect. “Compassion means listening, being patient, and helping clients make decisions that support their recovery and long-term well-being,” says Waxman. “We never lose sight of the fact that real people are at the heart of what we do.”
