Will Trial Lawyers takes pride in its track record of trial success. Its commitment to ensuring the highest level of preparedness for every case it handles is fundamental to its legal representation.
The dedicated team approaches each case with the mindset that it could go to trial and leaves no stone unturned to build a robust case for clients. This approach helps secure the best possible outcome and positions the firm to negotiate effectively throughout the civil litigation process.
After leading Will Davidson LLP as its managing partner for more than 20 years, Gary Will founded the firm’s legal practice entirely on plaintiff personal injury litigation. In January 2024, several experienced trial lawyers joined the team, including partners Michael Ellis and Gordon Marsden, associate lawyer Robert Seredynski, and counsel Bill Taberner.
“We will continue to fight tirelessly for every single client no matter how complex or difficult the case,” explains Will. “We willingly share our experience and knowledge with the legal community, especially through our annual CLE conference.”
Repeatedly recognized as one of Canada’s Top Personal Injury Boutiques by Canadian Lawyer, the group of highly dedicated lawyers, paralegals, law clerks, and assistants work collaboratively to ensure fair treatment for clients by insurance companies.
“When people come to us, it’s usually at the worst time of their life,” Will says. “They have been injured either as a result of a motor vehicle accident, slip and fall, taken a dangerous pharmaceutical, experienced medical malpractice, or sometimes it’s the family member that comes to us to find justice for a loved one who has passed away due to negligent conduct.”
“It is important to understand the client’s goals and to develop a strategy to get them there within the confines of the legal system”
