Raymond F. Wagner, KC, is the founder and principal of Wagners. He has dedicated the majority of his 42 years of legal practice to representing injured plaintiffs. His practice has a primary focus on class actions, medical negligence with a special focus on birth trauma and personal injury litigation. He obtained his law degree from Dalhousie Law School in 1979 and was called to the bar of Nova Scotia in 1980.

Lisa Wagner was born and raised in Halifax and attended Bishop’s University for her undergraduate degree, where she played on the Varsity Women’s Soccer Team. While attending the Schulich School of Law, she received a Schulich Scholarship, the Alistair Fraser Scholarship, the Honorable Angus L. MacDonald Prize, and the Craig Bauer Memorial Prize. She completed her articles in Vancouver and transferred to Nova Scotia in 2014. Her practice is exclusively personal injury, specializing in automobile accidents and slip-and-fall cases.

After spending several years in a general litigation practice, Lyndsay Jardine decided to specialize, joining Wagners in 2016 with a primary focus on personal injury litigation, providing assistance with car accident injuries, municipal/premises liability, slip-and-fall injuries, and product liability matters. Over time, Lyndsay’s practice has grown to include assisting victims of medical and dental malpractice as well. She regularly represents her clients through complex, multi-party litigation matters including representation through negotiation, mediation, and trial. She has represented her clients’ interests before various administrative boards and tribunals, in the Court of Queen’s Bench of New Brunswick, the Supreme Court of Prince Edward Island, and at all levels of court in Nova Scotia.

Originally from Mahone Bay, Loreatha Boehner joined Wagners in 2012. She completed her articles in the area of insurance defence and spent a year doing general litigation before she made the decision to focus exclusively on assisting victims of negligence. For the past decade, Loreatha has dedicated her career to helping those suffering serious injuries. Her practice areas include car accident injuries, municipal/premise liability, slip-and-fall injuries, dog bites, sexual assaults, and insurance denials. She regularly represents clients throughout the litigation process, including through discovery examinations, negotiations, mediations, and trials.
