Dale Orlando, along with John McLeish, founded McLeish Orlando in 1999. Dale works exclusively in the area of personal injury/wrongful death litigation on behalf of plaintiffs. He is a past president of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and has been chosen by peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in Canada and the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory. His practice is dedicated exclusively to personal injury and wrongful death cases, acting on behalf of injured people and their family members. Lindsay regularly appears at the Superior Court of Justice and the License Appeal Tribunal. She has been co-counsel on a precedent-setting arbitration to restore denied benefits and on a precedent-setting motion to have a fraudulent conveyance action proceed concurrently with a personal injury action.
