“Congratulations to all of this year’s winners. It’s a privilege to celebrate the firms and legal professionals setting the standard for excellence in Canadian litigation”
Lindsay Duprey, Array Canada
“In an era where AI is transforming legal practice, clients are seeking greater value, and litigation and digital evidence grow more complex, true excellence requires more than legal expertise. It requires vision, innovation, and the courage to evolve. These firms have risen to that challenge, combining exceptional advocacy with forward-thinking leadership to help define the future of boutique litigation in Canada”
Lindsay Duprey, Array Canada
Array is a technology-driven litigation support company, helping law firms, corporate legal departments, and government organizations navigate the increasing complexity, volume, and pace of modern litigation. With operations across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, Array combines experienced legal professionals, advanced technology, and integrated workflows to help legal teams manage critical litigation processes with greater efficiency, control, and confidence.
Array provides end-to-end litigation support across the litigation life cycle, including eDiscovery, managed document review, court reporting, and legal staffing services. From collecting and processing complex data to reviewing documents, preparing for testimony, and managing the logistics of proceedings, Array helps legal teams reduce administrative burdens and focus more of their time on strategy and the decisions that matter most.
At the centre of Array’s technology strategy is Array Intelligence, a connected ecosystem of proprietary AI, automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows designed to support modern litigation. Array Intelligence brings together three complementary areas of intelligence: Platform Intelligence, which strengthens the foundation of eDiscovery; Review Intelligence, which applies AI and lawyer expertise to document and breach review; and Testimony Intelligence, which transforms testimony and transcripts into searchable, analyzable insights. Together, these capabilities connect data, review, and testimony to help legal teams move from data to decisions.
Array’s approach to technology is designed around the needs of legal teams, rather than technology for its own sake. Its experts combine proprietary solutions with leading third-party platforms and maintain a technology-agnostic approach, allowing clients to use the technologies that best fit their matters, workflows, security requirements, and jurisdictions. Array’s strategic technology partnerships include leading platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, Casepoint, and Prevail.
Technology is only part of the Array advantage. Every solution is supported by experienced professionals who understand the demands of litigation and work closely with clients to develop workflows tailored to the requirements of each matter. Whether managing a high-volume discovery project, conducting a complex document review, or coordinating a deposition, hearing, arbitration, or trial, Array combines technology with human judgement, responsive service, and a commitment to quality.
Array’s goal is simple: to simplify litigation so legal teams can focus on legal strategy. By bringing people, process, and technology together, Array helps clients streamline workflows, control costs, improve visibility, and maintain defensibility throughout the litigation process.
As litigation continues to evolve, Array is focused on what comes next: applying intelligence where it creates meaningful value, connecting previously siloed workflows, and giving legal teams the insight and support they need to make better decisions with confidence.
