Eni Eski has spent the last 14 years practicing as a civil litigator in Ontario and New South Wales, Australia, as well as in in-house claims roles. Eski has particular expertise in construction law where she represents design professionals, inclusive of architects, engineers, landscape architects and others, in all areas of their practice, from defending them through professional liability insurers as well as providing contractual, insurance-related and risk management advice. Outside of her construction law practice, Eski represents professionals in all manner of disputes as well as acts as coverage counsel to professional liability and property and casualty insurers.

Zohar Levy has over 15 years of litigation experience in Canada and the United States. Before founding Lundy Levy Eski Baum, she was a partner at a national full-service firm. For most of her career, Levy has practiced commercial litigation both in New York and across Canada, appearing before courts and tribunals, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, Ontario Superior Court, the Commercial List in Toronto and Calgary, and the BC Securities Commission.
Levy’s practice is focused on commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with special expertise in the areas of health law, professional negligence, and emerging technology.

For over 30 years, Andrew Lundy has represented architects, engineers, builders, dentists, and insurance brokers with a special concentration on architects and dentists in professional liability litigation. He has appeared before all courts in the Province of Ontario, both trial and appellate, as well as various administrative tribunals.
In addition to his litigation practice, Lundy has experience in sports arbitrations and has represented the National Hockey League Players’ Association at salary arbitration hearings over the past 24 years.

Jason Harman began his legal education in 2005 by working for the pro bono legal advice organization, Access Justice. Since joining JFK Law in 2019, Jason has acted as pro bono legal counsel to West Coast LEAF, through which he was afforded the opportunity to make submissions on public interest standing at the BC Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. Recently, he has been working to defend accused persons from having their Charter mobility rights infringed by the Government of Canada.

Renée Vinett is a co-managing partner whose practice is devoted to fighting for the rights of injured accident victims and their families in a wide range of personal injury matters. She has successfully conducted numerous trials and hearings before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
In addition to being a lawyer, Vinett has been a registered nurse for over 30 years, with experience in disability management in both the United States and Canada. Her medical knowledge and legal expertise enable her to approach each case from the central perspective, that her clients’ needs and long-term quality of life are paramount.
Vineet holds memberships with legal and professional associations, for which she often chairs and lectures at their continuing legal education programs. She is also a member of the College of Nurses of Ontario.
