Since joining JFK Law in 2019, Jason has acted as pro bono legal counsel to West Coast LEAF, through which he was afforded the opportunity to make submissions on public interest standing at the BC Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. Recently, he has been working to defend accused persons from having their Charter mobility rights infringed by the Government of Canada.
