In 2021 and 2023, David Zarek was recognized as Lawyer of the Year in Insurance Law in Toronto on the Best Lawyers in Canada list. A founding partner of ZTGH, he practices in the areas of third-party tort motor vehicle claims, health law and class actions, special investigation claims, product liability, and commercial liability claims, along with regularly providing coverage opinions.
Zarek has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada and regularly appears in the Court of Appeal and the Ontario Superior Court.

Jennifer Griffiths
Partner
Jennifer Griffiths practises predominantly in the area of first-party accident benefits with an emphasis on catastrophic claims. She also assists insurers with priority disputes, loss transfer claims, and cases involving interface between the auto insurance scheme (both tort and accident benefits) and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act.
Griffiths has been selected by her peers for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in Canada list for insurance law. She co-chairs the firm’s practice groups in Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), Catastrophic Loss, and Examinations Under Oath.
