Heather J. Vaughan’s insurance defence litigation practice includes the liability claims which vary in scope from maintaining threshold defence positions to managing all manner of complex and catastrophic personal injury claims. Heather acts as Tribunal Counsel to the Complaints, Discipline and Qualification and Registration Committees of the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO). Her administrative law practice includes advocacy before provincial tribunals, as well as representing regulated health professionals in the complaints and discipline process before their respective Colleges.

Kevin R. Bridel’s insurance defence practice focuses on motor vehicle and personal injury liability, occupier’s liability, product, construction and professional liability, as well as property damage claims.
Kevin has successfully argued matters before the Superior Court, Divisional Court, and Court of Appeal for Ontario, as well as the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. In 2017–18, he appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada in the precedent-setting case of Rankin’s Garage & Sales v. JJ. He is also an advisor for a health research organization. Kevin is known for his client-centered practice and his practical, results-oriented approach to litigation.
