Adam Weisberg is a Canadian criminal defence lawyer with over 20 years of experience. A graduate of Queen’s University Faculty of Law, he is recognized as a specialist in criminal law by the Law Society. Weisberg founded Weisberg Law Criminal Lawyers in 2010 after practising at national and leading criminal law firms. His practice includes trials and appeals involving homicide, sexual assault, fraud, and other serious charges, with appearances before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has been an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School and is currently the president of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association.

Samiyyah Ganga is a partner at Weisberg Law Criminal Lawyers. She earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she achieved an exemplary academic record, competed in moots, and received multiple awards. Ganga’s practice focuses on defending sexual assault and domestic assault allegations, with a strong record of success. She also has experience defending homicide and complex drug prosecutions. In addition to trial work, Ganga conducts appeals. She has contributed to criminal law research for several legal organizations and remains actively involved with the Criminal Lawyers’ Association as a member of the Fall Conference Committee.

Anthony Bugo is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and a criminal defence lawyer with over twenty years of trial experience throughout Ontario. He has defended clients on all types of criminal charges, including sexual offences, firearms, drug trafficking, and serious violent crimes. Bugo is known for litigating complex constitutional issues and securing Charter remedies that halt or end prosecutions. He is respected for developing innovative defences, protecting client reputations, and delivering strategic, meticulous advocacy in high‑stakes cases.

Jonathan Rutherford was appointed group executive of wholesale, enterprise and government in December 2021. Having joined TPG Telecom in July 2021, he has responsibility for driving growth in the enterprise, business, government and wholesale segments. Rutherford was previously at Vodafone Czech Republic, where he served as vice president – B2B. He previously worked at Vodafone Ireland and Vodafone UK in senior enterprise and commercial roles and, prior to that, was a network engineer at 3. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s degree in engineering.
