With over 30 years in the legal field, Michael Bury is a dedicated advocate for the wrongfully accused. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Criminology from the University of Toronto, a law degree from Western University, and a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School.

Yuvika Johri is a partner at Neuberger & Partners LLP and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020. She holds a Juris Doctor from Emory University and an LL.M. in criminal law from the University of Minnesota. Johri has extensive experience defending complex criminal matters, including sexual offences, homicide, domestic violence, and drug-related charges. She has worked with leading defence firms in the United States, served as a legal fellow with the Atlanta Public Defender’s Office, and clerked with the U.S. District Court. A licensed attorney in India, she was also featured by Super Lawyers India. Johri currently serves on the Criminal Law Committee and the New Lawyers Committee of the Toronto Lawyers Association. She is committed to protecting the rights of the accused and delivering strong, strategic defence.

Jonathan Rutherford was appointed group executive of wholesale, enterprise and government in December 2021. Having joined TPG Telecom in July 2021, he has responsibility for driving growth in the enterprise, business, government and wholesale segments. Rutherford was previously at Vodafone Czech Republic, where he served as vice president – B2B. He previously worked at Vodafone Ireland and Vodafone UK in senior enterprise and commercial roles and, prior to that, was a network engineer at 3. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s degree in engineering.
