Curt Sigfstead has served as Clio’s chief financial officer since January 2022. He oversees all finance functions, including capital raising, corporate development, venture investments, investor relations, accounting, treasury, FP&A, and legal. With over 20 years of experience in technology and finance, Sigfstead has a proven track record of driving growth and delivering results for high-growth companies. Before joining Clio in 2022, he served as head of West Coast technology investment banking at J.P. Morgan, where he advised technology companies on capital raising, IPOs, and strategic transactions.
