With seven years of experience in the legal industry, Botha has made a significant impact by transforming her company from a near failure into a thriving enterprise. Her leadership has driven growth across multiple areas, including sales expansion, team development, and the integration of new technology to improve operational efficiency. In addition to her operational expertise, Botha leads the company’s marketing and business development efforts, ensuring the firm remains competitive and innovative in a constantly evolving industry.
