As the founder of both Upper Canada Court Reporting and Skailit, an HR solutions firm, as well as chair of the board at the Richmond Hill Board of Trade, he has driven initiatives that prioritize staff wellness in legal environments, ensuring a balance between high performance and employee well-being.
Kermalli’s journey began with Skytek Executive Office Suites, where he set a benchmark for excellence in professional services. At Upper Canada Court Reporting, he continues to lead efforts in fostering a healthier work culture for legal professionals, combining his business acumen with his passion for wellness. Amber Botha is the dynamic managing director of a successful court reporting and transcription services company. As a mother of two, she balances her professional achievements with her love for family, finding joy and inspiration in both aspects of her life.
With seven years of experience in the legal industry, Botha has made a significant impact by transforming her company from a near failure into a thriving enterprise. Her leadership has driven growth across multiple areas, including sales expansion, team development, and the integration of new technology to improve operational efficiency.
In addition to her operational expertise, Botha leads the company’s marketing and business development efforts, ensuring the firm remains competitive and innovative in a constantly evolving industry. Her previous role as a facilities manager of a dementia care facility provided her with a strong foundation in leadership, people management, and customer service – skills that she applies daily in her current role.

Caroline does this in a straightforward and easy-to-understand manner. Where litigation is necessary, she has extensive court experience, both as an advocate and as an instructing solicitor.
