Barry Chobotar is a graduate of Laurentian University and Osgoode Hall Law School. He was called to the bar in 2002 and, prior to joining Henderson Structured Settlements LP, practiced in the field of Civil Litigation, specifically in the areas of personal injury and insurance defence matters. In 2011, he received the designation of Certified Structured Settlement Consultant.
Chobotar has notable trial experience in the personal injury field as junior counsel on two of the largest known personal injury verdicts in Canadian history. He has written articles and presented to lawyers, insurer representatives, and health and insurance professionals across Canada on issues concerning structured settlements and personal injury law.

Jessica Vickerman obtained her BA (Hons) in Political Science and Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University, where she graduated with distinction, and her LLB from Western University, where she was the recipient of the Dean of Law scholarship. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009.
Prior to joining Henderson Structured Settlements LP, Vickerman spent a decade in private practice as a civil litigator in a full-service firm with a specific focus on the areas of insurance defence, personal injury, and professional negligence.
She has acted for both plaintiffs and insurers in all manner of tort and accident benefit claims. She has also written and presented extensively on the topic of structured settlements.

Cassandra Selvaggio is a pragmatic and resourceful lawyer who combines her comprehensive knowledge of the law with a realistic approach.
She understands that being a family lawyer is about more than providing legal advice. She ensures that her clients feel supported and informed throughout the process. Cassandra’s clients value her professionalism and her friendly and compassionate nature.
In addition to her client-focused approach, Cassandra is passionate about maintaining expertise in the family law industry. She was recommended and appointed to the Law Institute of Victoria Family Law Specialisation Advisory Committee. The committee sets examinations for, and assesses, lawyers seeking to gain recognition as Accredited Specialists in Family Law.

Stuart Logue is the CFO and the Interim CEO of Flood Re, responsible for the planning, implementation and management of all aspects of Flood Re’s finance, accounting, capital management and reinsurance functions. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and has previously worked in senior finance roles within Ageas, Direct Line Group and Royal Bank of Scotland across insurance and financial services.

Thomas is dyslexic, which he believes can bring a different perspective.
